01Nobody steers the order
Which hotel sits where, and every adjective attached to it, is decided by the serbuneru editors and nobody else. Money from hotels, operators, owners or travel firms has never bought inclusion, a higher place or flattery here, and bookings earn serbuneru nothing.
02Gambling is not offered
serbuneru.com has nothing to do with gambling: serbuneru does not run it, advertise it or link to it, paid or free. A casino is mentioned only as one feature inside the resorts under review.
03Details age
What serbuneru says about rooms, restaurants, venues and services matched the public record when serbuneru drafted each entry, and some of it may have moved on since. Any choice you make with this information is yours to own.
04Names and monogram tiles
Hotel and brand names remain the property of whoever holds them. The coloured letter tiles shown with each entry were drawn for serbuneru and are not hotel logos.
05Not professional guidance
serbuneru gives no legal, financial or specialist travel advice. For booking terms, visas or local regulations, the property or the competent public body should be your source.
Quick questions
Did any hotel pay to be among the ten?
None did. serbuneru takes no fees, free nights or gifts from the properties it ranks.
Why is the letter tile not the real hotel logo?
Official logos could hint at a partnership that does not exist, so serbuneru draws plain monogram tiles instead.
What if a fact on the page is wrong?
Tell the help desk. We weigh the report against the hotel's published information and amend the entry once it holds up.
