01First principle: the overnight
From the moment the luggage is unloaded to the final checkout, serbuneru follows the guest: the address, the mood of the building, the comfort of the bed and the places a pair of feet can reach. The casino gets noted in passing, much like a laundry room, and it never nudges an entry upward or downward.
02Second principle: sentences over digits
Stars, points and blended guest averages have no home on serbuneru. Every placing is an editorial judgement, argued in ordinary prose inside the review.
03Third principle: nothing for sale
A spot on this page, or a better spot, cannot be purchased by a hotel, chain or agency. Outbound hotel links are clean, with no affiliate tags, commission deals or reservation widgets.
04Keeping the page fresh
serbuneru re-reads the whole ranking on a regular timetable, and earlier whenever a hotel reveals new branding, a refurbishment or a closure. serbuneru prints the month of its latest check beside the ranking heading.
