Rules of use
The conditions that come with reading serbuneru, set out in plain terms.
Effective 12 October 2026
01Your agreement
Using serbuneru.com in any way counts as accepting what this page says. Readers who object to these rules should close serbuneru and go elsewhere.
02What serbuneru offers
serbuneru is reading material about hotels and nothing else. No wagers, chance-based games, room reservations or purchases happen here, and no page nudges you toward gambling.
03Minimum age
Each featured resort houses a casino, so serbuneru is written for readers aged 18 and up, or above that where local law sets a higher bar.
04Information as published
We check facts carefully, but hotels quietly change amenities, rates and house rules, often without any word to serbuneru. serbuneru supplies its content as it stands, promising neither completeness nor currency, so confirm details directly with a property before you rely on them.
05Leaving for hotel websites
Links to official hotel pages exist purely as a courtesy. Those websites are run by others, and serbuneru answers neither for their content nor for how they behave.
06Who owns what
Unless marked otherwise, the text, artwork and layout of serbuneru belong to serbuneru.com. Brief quotes are welcome with a credit and a link back to serbuneru. Hotel names and trademarks belong to their holders and serve here only to identify each property.
07Limits on our responsibility
Within whatever the law permits, serbuneru.com bears no liability for losses or harm connected with using serbuneru, trusting its content or following its links.
08Edits to these rules
serbuneru can revise these rules whenever needed, and the wording shown here today is what governs. Nothing in these serbuneru rules overrides the consumer rights your own law grants you. Queries go to hello@serbuneru.com.
Quick questions
May I quote a review on my own blog?
A short excerpt is fine when you name serbuneru and link to the page it came from. Republishing whole reviews needs our written go-ahead.
Can I reserve a room through serbuneru?
No. Reservations happen only through each hotel's own channels; serbuneru never touches bookings or payments.
Which version of these rules applies to me?
The wording printed on this page at the moment you are using the site.
