02Reading leaves no trace with serbuneru

No sign-ups, newsletters or member logins exist on this site. Pages load without asking who you are, and serbuneru installs no analytics, heatmaps or visitor counters.

03Emails you choose to send

Writing to serbuneru, whether straight from your inbox or via the draft-building form on the help desk page, hands us what that email holds: usually a name, an address and some text. We use it for one job only, which is replying.

04Hosting records

Whoever hosts serbuneru may automatically note routine request data, for instance an IP address, browser version, the page requested and the moment of the request. These entries help keep serbuneru secure and online, expire quickly and are never used to pick out a person.

serbuneru relies on legitimate interest, namely replying to the people who write in. Email threads stay with us while a conversation is open and are erased at the latest twelve months after the last reply.

09Your options under the law

In many countries, privacy legislation can entitle you to a copy of whatever serbuneru keeps about you, to corrections, to deletion, to limits on or objections to some processing, and to a complaint before your national regulator.
